Whoever lived near Israel would have more percent ancestry from the previous people w ho lived near Israel in general with some exceptions

This means the Palestinians who were near Israel would have a higher percent ancestry from the ancient people that lived in and near Israel than the Ashkenazi Jews who hung out in Europe and USSR

Judaism is a racist religion that classifies people as being or not being in the Jewish race and discriminates against people who they do not classify as of the Jewish race

There would be a correlation between genetics and that religion but not a perfect correlation
