We often hear the danger of nutritional supplements potentially having different ingredients or different quantities of ingredients then we are told

But we are not told that prescription medicines can have different ingredients than what we would suspect & that pharmacies may change around inactive ingredients without ever telling us what the inactive ingredients are unless we request a manufacturer name & that we sometimes do not get to choose a manufacturer
