Funny HR anecdote... Needed to fire an employee who was habitually and criminally late to work. Ironically we weren't able to fire him for the tardiness, he abandoned his job when we suspected he was on drugs and sent him for a drug screen. He ran outta the testing center like his pants were on fire. Legit.

Mofo had the audacity to try for unemployment. He appealed when we fought his claim.... But then...I guess the dumbass was late to his appeal so his case got dismissed.

Moral of the story - just be on time. It's so much easier.
