As long as they say those texts that teach such hate are holy and should be obeyed and also have read those texts and know the hate they teach then they hate
Let them publicly denounce those texts as not representing the Jewish god's teaching and as something people should disobey gentile hating portions of to prove they do not hate

What was the distinguishing factor that determined which Jews were put in concentration camps and which Jews were not put in concentration camps
If they did not put all the Jews in the camp there must have been a reason other than being Jewish
What were the factors
Could some Jews have broken certain laws that other Jews did not break?

You don't seem to get it. Your poll is meaningless. Don't know what you think you're trying to prove, but you're achieving nothing. Asking the masses what they think, while skewing the results with leading questions and phrases gets you no useful data.

You're trying to deceive people into thinking those Jews must have died of starvation, and not executed, because "look at how skinny they were". You're not gonna get some meaningful information about what is really likely to have happened, all you're gonna get is people's biases aggravated by you leading them into thinking people being skinny in pictures is some grand revelation into the cause of their death that people didn't think of before.
The only honest answer to your question is: "I don't know".
If you actually cared about the reality of this matter, you would have gone searching for testimonies of survivors. But you don't care about that.
