Is there any link online to confirm this

Possibly a video of black people washing meat in soap or a blog where a black person suggests to wash meat in soap or says that they wash meat in soap

This mayo clinic link says not to wash meat before cooking it, I assume it would be implied that there guidelines then are not to wash meat in soap
