We also know there are known unknowns; that is to say we know there are some things we do not know. But there are also unknown unknowns—the ones we don't know we don't know. And if one looks throughout the history of our country and other free countries, it is the latter category that tends to be the difficult ones

Question

The Ultramontane Roman Catholic Church ruled from the Vatican is responsible for the Rwandan Genocide

What I am thinking is that whenever there is a alleged genocide we should think about why the alleged genocide happened & if it happened

For example did a bunch of people do something to make other people mad?

Was it really a genocide or was it a mass execution of people that did things that made other people mad for reasons that are not racially based

Were the alleged victims the villains killed for bad behavior like enslaving people or heroes killed for good behavior like trying to be free
