So it looks like they are not trying to cut services to disabled people who work less than 20 hours per week as the phrase ""able bodied" is in the descriptions I read on the news

But they are trying to make it sound like a war on helpless disabled people I suspect none the less

If you are paying taxes for people to get health insurance then that money should instead just be used to give people "free" health care without an insurance middle man in my opinion

I am not sure if this information is correct but it gives you an idea of how they conjugate verbs a lot of different ways to change the meaning in Korean

Many more meaningful conjugation patterns than what is typical in Germanic, Mediteranean, Middle Eastern and Romantic languages but without meaningless redundancy like gender or number, however Korean unfortunately has meaningless politeness patterns in conjugation

inversion is best for lumbar decompression like i had (although you don't actually have to invert all the way (i almost always inverted around 30-45 degrees myself). you can also do decompression therapy in a chiropractor's office like i did and they have a handy contraption to decompress your lower back while laying flat on a table and it's a lot more comfortable than inverting but obviously those office visits rack up quick in terms of cost.

from my understanding hanging (like from a pullup bar) is good for mid back decompression, and for neck decompression lots of people use some kind of harness that you can wrap around your head and attach the other end to a doorway.

tell me about it buddy i was in bad constant pain for about two years. never went the surgery route but i had nasty disc issues in several lumbar discs including a moderate to severe herniation/extrusion of about 9mm pressing on a nerve similar to the picture. decompression therapy was key in my recovery and i will never stop evangelizing about how well it works.
