High IQ guy thoroughly explained the entire JQ, and the Low IQ guy basically dumbs a 2 minute explaination down to a 2 sentence analogy (like an episode of Star Trek where they do that) and tge crowd goes "Ohhhhhh...!" like they get it. This causes Low IQ guy to win, but Low IQ guy was at least nice/kind/smart enough to make High IQ guy his CoS/Chief Avisor and they actually fix the country. The End.

If people under a certain age should not access certain websites then they should not access any device with internet connection
Public Schools and Parents simply should not allow children to use the internet at all
If a child goes to a website they are not supposed to then it was the fault of the parent, parental guardian or public school babysitter called a teacher for letting them access a device that can connect to the internet and the website owner should not be held responsible
