Public school teachers who try to peer pressure children to get gender changing surgeries but have no criminal record are more dangerous per person on average toward children than registered sex offenders

@shortstories It's interesting to point out, that communism in the USSR created the same "crabs in the bucket" mentality. If you ask people who lived under communist rule or their parents did, they'll say similar things about the ruling mentality. It's the conditioning, that comes from making jealousy the dominant emotion in the community.

@GoonPatrol @shortstories I would be willing to wager. most of them have an unregistered foreign agent with dual citizenship in their orbit.

@Richard Yeah I'm getting a real currency crisis vibe, like I should empty the ol' bank account and something/anything that might have *some* resale value.

I'm not sure what message the faggot Treasury Secretary is trying to make with issuing more debt to buy different debt, but it's probably not the one people are taking away from it.

"The bible and the church
have been the greatest
stumbling block in the
way of women's
emancipation." ~ Elizabeth Cady Stanton

This was spoken by Elizabeth Cady Stanton, a leading figure in the early women’s rights movement in the United States. Stanton made this statement to express her belief that religious institutions and biblical interpretations had historically been used to justify the subordination of women and hinder their progress toward equality.

Stanton argued that traditional Christian teachings, particularly those derived from the Bible, reinforced patriarchal structures by portraying women as morally weaker or subordinate to men. She believed that these religious narratives were central to maintaining gender inequality in society. Her most notable work reflecting this critique is The Woman’s Bible, published in two parts in 1895 and 1898, in which she and a group of women reinterpreted biblical stories from a feminist perspective.

One of her key reinterpretations involved the story of Eve in Genesis. While traditional theology blamed Eve for humanity’s fall, Stanton viewed her act of eating the forbidden fruit as a courageous pursuit of knowledge and autonomy. She also challenged the interpretation of woman being created from Adam’s rib, arguing it signified equality rather than inferiority.

Stanton’s views were controversial even within the suffrage movement. Many of her contemporaries, including some fellow suffragists, feared that openly criticizing religion would alienate supporters and damage the cause of women’s rights. As a result, she was marginalized by more mainstream factions of the movement.
