@apps also, editing a post seems to be dependent on whether the server supports it or not. The apps can only copy the content into compose field and delete the original post so you can make your changes and post again. But, you'll essentially be creating a new post.
Soapbox servers have the option to actually edit the original post without deleting it, but it seems you can only do it on a browser

Don't know. I'm using @apps for now. I suggested Husky to you because it's similar to Tusky. So, a familiar environment 😁

Some instances display the client used on the post. You can probably turn it off in your app settings somewhere

Tusky has built in code that blocks you from logging into some instances (famously Gab). Husky is a fork that removes that code.
What's nastier is that, they don't tell you about the block
