I got a story that's being slept on right now. WFP (World Food Programme) is rolling out a program called "Building Blocks'' that most recently onboarded millions of Ukrainians. The idea is a blockchain based digital ID where they link the humanitarian aid to an 'account' on the chain. They 'Secure' it with bio-metrics like Iris-scans, fingerprinting, and basically anything else they can get away with.
As of this moment, hohols have had their Irisses scanned and databased in exchange for food, water, and humanitarian aid.
