Holy shit, what a scam.

Or is it?

Do you think a.i. has advanced enough to recognize patterns when trained with enough data to be able to interpret what your animal says?

@RoninGrey who cares? Just put the AI on the dog collar and pretend the dog is talking.

@Lorgar 🤣 That's a much easier and cheaper way to pretend, yes!

@RoninGrey yeah this is absolute bullshit.

AI needs objective data to be trained on. This shit is just using ai trained on what humans THINK the dog is saying. It’s completely subjective.

@Mr_Mister @Lorgar The fact it's so heavily backed on kickstarter shows how many low-iq cat ladies and dog moms have too much disposable income. If ever there's a product to not buy Version 1 of, it's this.

Desperate bitches and fags.

If this worked, they wouldn't be on Kickstarter (refunds are "up to the creator's discretion"). They'd be funded HARD already.

@RoninGrey @Mr_Mister Imagine doing an app for feminist cat ladies to be able to speak with their cat. Infinite amounts of money to be made!

@Lorgar @RoninGrey @Mr_Mister I know it's fake because that dog with the Chinese couple would have been asking for help before he was made into dumplings

@RoninGrey The notion of animal translation is ridiculous. The whole point of language is to get the information across between spieces with highly developed brain. The more basic the brains - the more basic the info. Like ants talking through the liquid they produce (sweet means "Food" and sour means "Danger" - that's their entire vocabulary). Most animals don't require million words: they easily get their point across with gazes, simple sounds and gestures, since their thoughts are simple.
