I've noticed that anytime there's a war there seems to be alot of rape.
Is there something about war that brings the rapist out of people?

@basedbagel I think the reason is that nothing will stop you. What she could do? When 2 sides are fighting who will enforce the law and she does not have informations about you. Next thing is like rule of war. Conquer, steal resources and take their women.
