I see where you're coming from but Hear me out.
One of the things I realized when I trained people is that behavior change is a BITCH and take a while.
You have companies with billions in advertising and shitty food all around you.
Even holidays dedicated to making dentists rich like Halloween.
I'm not saying lie to people and tell them they're 10/10 when they are obose.
But a little compassion and patience goes a long way.

75% of people when fat shamed will resort to crazy things like tapeworm, ozempic, and starving themselves to lose weight because they can' take the shame.
I'm in the best shape of my life riight now but it took years and if someone made fun of my scrawny nerdy ass years ago there's a god change I would have fallen off the wagon
