@sardonicsmile Having landlords included in the "real work" is sure to rile up any commies who think that they should just be able to live wherever without it costing them anything.

Depends on the type of landlord
If the landlord built the house they are renting and does repair work for the tenant then it is real work
If the landlord took out a fraudulent fractional reserve loan to purchase a property that construction workers did the real work of building then land lording is not real work
If the landlord purchased the property from someone else who did real work to build it with income the landlord earned from real work then real work
@sardonicsmile I would agree except landlords too many of them do nothing for it. They very ofthen do not even maintain their buldings.
