Are Indian engineers disproportionately to blame compared to white goyim engineers for architecture that falls apart in the United States and Europe?

@shortstories Unfortunately, even the old stuff can fall apart when they don't do proper maintenance. And a LOT of industries don't regulate maintenance schedules with specific rules, and the ones which do, their employees don't actually follow the regulations. It's the entire culture and nearly the entire workforce. I know these things from personal experience in many fields throughout my working adult life.

But having low-iq retards definitely hurts more than helps.

There's a very important factor too: the wage suppression. Most infrastructures today have to be maintained by government employees or contractors under price controls rules, so the good engineer that are capable of working in private sector go to more profitable projects.

Price is very important to determine demand and supply and everything you suppress the price, the supply goes down. The government and taxes have to get out of the way to let it flow naturally.

@RoninGrey @shortstories If it ain't broke don't fix it,I was a repair man more than a maintenance guy,the facility was built in the late 60's, been upgraded several times over the years, integrated systems,we had MS-DOS programs a laptop that was like from the 80's with the floppy's,I actually got to solder boards and work on AC square wave communications for long distance signals, one machine ran on PLC5 some had contactors and relays DC motors no VFDs, frequency drives, I miss the challenge

@shortstories Its complicated. Western firms have started to do "built to price point", instead of "build the best" around the year 2010. In ALL segments of the industry.
