@get Its a matter of practical reality. Western women are beyond redemption, thus the ONLY way to actually save Western civilization is to either take womens rights away (which is never going to happen) or develop ectogenesis technology to make women obsolete. The later is the only solution we really have, other than the collapse of society into fallout style wasteland to take womens rights away. Ectogenesis solves the problem forever by making women unnecessary.
