@Tfmonkey @charliebrownau nothing comes from nothing. try going carnivore for three months and don't view it as another keto diet but rather as elimination diet. see what foods make your inflammation spike/worsen and then just go back to eating as you like but remove the bad foods. simple. don't think of carnivore as lifetime way of eating. you might like it in the end, or not. but you have nothing to lose by trying it. eggs, bacon, ground beef, steaks, cheese..a lot of goodies.
