Like they mentioned, it could actually be a little bit of both -- Maybe Nephilim blood wasn't actually blue, but giants are said to be redheaded, which typically comes with very pale skin, which then would explain their clearly-visible blue veins, especially if they were much larger, therefore leading to the belief that they had blue blood (or at least the "Blue Blood" as slang / a nickname).

I'm sitting here legit teary-eyed and broken up, not because of how well it was done, but because this is pure cinema telling a story I care about directly to me.
When's the last time Hollywood told a story well at all, nevermind one I care about? Most Hollywood slop involves characters and situations where the only positive outcome I could enjoy would be watching them all burning alive.
But this. Two minutes. Reached directly to me. Totally emotionally invested in this man's life, understanding implicitly what he knows, what he feels, who he is. In two minutes.

@shortstories Not in the wild, of course. Their instincts make them kill for food. But in captivity they seem to be fine when kept on a vegetarian diet, though they live a less stressful and less active / dangerous life. And according to this, supplements are necessary, just as with humans.
As a young earth creationist, I believe a vegetarian diet only works on non-corruptible bodies. So that's a significant caveat.
