Someone 1 hour before they turn 18 requests to flirt with automated robot and tells robot they are 18
Now the robot creator has to go to jail and the robot has to be deleted because they could not consent even though only they alone could request to flirt because there is no other living sentient biological carbon life form that could have initiated the request
