Broil your next steak in the oven top shelf 5 minutes each side let rest for 5 minutes.I put it on aluminum foil on a pan tenderize meat,butter both sides.I will put Dales low sodium seasoning as well.I have a gas stove but have used this method with electric stove as well.Its quick with less clean up

Day 3 of antibiotics. My head is a little fuzzy, my nose is still runny, neck is a little tender and stiff.. occasionally coughing... BUT MY THROAT DOESNT HURT. Ok it hurts a little bit I can eat and drink pain free and I'm so happy about that!
