I'm been doing Carnivore since Monday, and I feel fine. Nothing is improving, but nothing is getting worse.
I've been doing keto for years, so my body handled going carnivore "cold turkey" no problem.
I had some prime rib for Christmas. I assume it's cool since it's beef, but I technically broke my "steak and butter" rule, since prime rib isn't steak.
On January 23rd, I'll report regarding whether carnivore cures rheumatoid arthritis or not.
@charliebrownau Oh, so if carnivore doesn't work its' because I wasn't drinking distilled water?
I suspected that when carnivore didn't work, the goalposts would shift and I would be told I "did it wrong" for one reason or another.
@Tfmonkey @charliebrownau Only bad thing you can do is adding some spices or herbs and having butter.
Because for some people they need zero carbs and sugar because for some reason it will fuck up their autophagy
even butter have some sugars and carbs it may seems little but fuck up your healing.
Butter

@Stahesh @charliebrownau every single carnivore influencer I've seen swears by using butter and seasons their steaks.
I'm going to use seasoning and butter, and if you want to pretend I didn't do carnivore "the right way" and thus it not working proves nothing, be my guest.
@Tfmonkey @Stahesh @charliebrownau you could be the Super Size Me version for the carnivore diet. You could literally make 100’s

Technically any diet that have +70% meat is carnivore.
Here is video of Shawn Baker cooking steak. He mainly eat steak or beef and add only salt.
If you eat mainly meat you will find out that you will start hate the taste of plants, herb and spices.
My main things to eat are eggs, chicken, beef, and sometimes organ bought chicken liver texture is good but taste is weird.

@charliebrownau @Mike_Microwave @Tfmonkey Some people try to combine different diets.
I am carb addicted so I balance between carnivore and omnivore.
Where I eat at least 50% or more meat vs 50% or less plants.
I mainly adding root vegetables like onion, garlic, ginger, coffee carrot and provencal herbs.
Hard to balance diet only thing I am sure is that meat is best choice. Because it gives you nutrients that you need.
Not mentioning we know that vegans often abadon vegan diet.
Often these vegans have black around their eyes
Keto + Ketovore + Carnivore seem to be the future for the White man
