@Stahesh @Tfmonkey That's the thing about the small but long burst of energy I was talking about. At first I drank it for the taste but then I realized I was more productive when I did. The extra energy doesn't feel like you are about to go out running right here right now but rather just as an "It's easier to work more through the day"

@doggel @Tfmonkey I mainly drink coffee to be sligthly in better state compare to normal state. Even then both state are pretty shit.

But in mind it is like mud or darkness that cover my mind / imagination

on the other hand it feels spiritually better. So I am little confused If I should drink it or no.

@shortstories @koropokkur @Tfmonkey It depend how quickly you drop coffee and how much doses

and few days after quiting with average to medium doses quickly your will have problem to stay away and sleep hit you hard because you numb the sleep receptores so they will need few days to adapt.

But if you slowly do lesser doses every day and when you stop you will have no side effect

Like from 2 spoons you do 1 after 1 you do 1/2 and after you do 1/4 and now you can stop with almost no problem.

But if someone filmed the White House for 2 months straight they would go to jail unless the White House gave them permission to do so in order to spread good publicity

@Stahesh @Tfmonkey I personally prefer Guarana, not in the form of an energy drink though. Just the one marketed as a normal drink.

What I like about it is that, while coffee gives a huge but short bust of energy that makes you want to drink more coffee once it's over so as to not be tired again, guarana instead gives you a small but long lasting increase in energy, which is better for long work hours.

It also has another benefits: healthline.com/nutrition/guara

I have met many people claiming dependancy on coffee to stay awake and withdrawal symptoms for quitting

Scientific Journal Articles claims caffeine improves marathon performance and I believe that above a certain dose is banned in the olympics

I think websites claim it is good for your liver

Some people claim it is poisonous to drink but that because it is pousonous coffeee enemas help your body expel toxins in the attempt to expel coffee

@doggel @Tfmonkey I tried guarana in pills and did not feel anything special.

The USA government already admitted conspiracies are real

1 They have laws against criminal conspiracies

2 They claim other countries are conspiring against the United States

3 They claim an orginization of conspiracy theorist groups are conspiring to spread incorrect information

4 They released Frank Church committee documents as well as other documents admitting to conspiracies they did

5 Their history program teaches that a conspiracy to kill Ceasar happened as well as other conspiracies

@koropokkur @Tfmonkey Interesting this would be probably the reason why my stomach hate tea.

and coffee contain low to trace amounts of tannins. This would make sense why I can tolerate coffee.

So I will probably reduce doses and stop drinking coffee completely.

@sardonicsmile Wonder what reaction it would be if it was woman.

@Tfmonkey when I drink green tea on empty stomach I will get upset stomach. After drinking coffee I do not have this problem.

@Tfmonkey What is your opinion on coffee?

Because I would like to know if it is good or bad.

When I look on the internet people say how good and magical it is.

So far I know only that it has vasoconstrictive properties, meaning that blood vessels narrow to restrict blood flow

affect sleep, adrenalin glands and increase blood pressure.
