You get insurence but if you do not get it when you need it. Its become worthless.

So it will be more usefull to use money elsewhere.

Because I do not remember any job listing where they would have it as benefit.

Because IMO it is not. Because I woul rather save my money myself and not depend on third party that will decide. If I get something or not. Not mentioning their stupid rules.

While saving myself I can invest it and let it grow.

I ask because I got it offered few times and wants to get openion from normal people and not retards that really do not care about my money and my future.
