I have been hearing a lot of sob stories from federal workers being cut from their jobs on my NPR recon. They can cry me a river, because people losing their jobs is nothing new. It happens all the time. I have not only no sympathy, but less because we should not be having the federal government doing so many functions in the first place. No they are not essential, we can go without them.
If we cannot cut spending in these ways, how could we possibly tackle the much larger spending cuts needed?
@Justicar It is that, but the boomers can be blamed for allowing state healthcare to make that shit expensive as fuck for people on temp work. It is also on them for mass importing people to replace the available workers. Also on them for simping after women in the workplaces for forever now too pushing it harder and wondering where it all went wrong.
Nit picking at a statement that I see often:
"No one put you in the friendzone except, you put yourself there."
This is not quite accurate. You are put in the friendzone by someone else, not yourself. But you decide whether you stay there or not.
This might seem like a distinction without a difference, but the way I see it the distinction demonstrates that others can put you in categories, but you decide whether or not you accept the role or not.
