@mushroom_soup I found this post to be oddly relevant right now to how I feel, I think I’m just hungry though.

@ButtWorldsMan I would say the main problem is their habits and that they decided to do quick change as supposed to gradually change. They lost weight, but their eating habits didn’t change. Of course they gain all the weight back, their body is used to that state it’s normal. Hedonics is a double edge sword.
