I try to find relaxing music to play in the background while I work. I'm now in my "tantric mediation" music phase. Most of them sound like a beat track rather than mediation music, but here is a pretty good one I've found if you need something in the background.
@Tfmonkey I listened to the Jagged Little Pill and Third Eye Blind albums today at work like a 90's teen movie. I like more rowdy music when I'm in the zone.
I imagine flinging turds all day is tiring and you focus when relaxing. For me, I'm pretty calm and even-tempered all the time so when it's time to focus I need to let out the energy into momentum.
