I ate keto cereal and I've been farting and shitting all day. It wasn't even that good. I just wanted to try it. Holy shit, stay away! This is sugar-free gummy bears level of suffering.

@Tfmonkey it's an ingredient that they share, I forget what it is, but it's common as fuck in "keto" branded stuff. It also might be you've exceeded your glycemic index and it's your body's way of self correcting.

It tastes like sadness and misery. It's got some kind of natural sweetener but just tasted bitter, metallic and wrong. I didn't suffer any of the side effects, but decided against eating ant more after rereading the ingredients.

@Tfmonkey Yup, this particular cereal gives me really bad stomach aches if I eat too much of it.
I'm finding this is the case with Keto friendly processed/packaged foods in general, it's better to just have a moderate diet.
