Triple case pack!

The Case of the Missing Buttcheeks

The Case of the Infected Toe

The Case of Too Much Articulation

This ones turned out beautifully, but I have no idea what's going on. It looks like Celestina is painting on my butt or scratching me with a stick.

@DStheo whatever you do DON'T think about a pink elephant.

If you think about a pink elephant, it's because I've cast a spell on you.

OoooooOOOOOOooooo! 🧙

@DStheo no, those are psychological biases and nothing more. If that's what "magic" is to you, then the true wizards are marketed executives who use psychology to sell products.

you don't need to "meditate on a sigil" to use cognitive biases to manipulate yourself or others. At best, it's a placebo effect.

I don't even care to continue this conversation. This is stupid.

@DStheo What you have is what was demonstrated in the show I linked where the woman was told she was part of a gameshow where people would secretly interreact with her from the show, and she was to document her experiences

There were no secret interactions, but because she was on the lookout for something unusual, she interpreted normal interactions as part of the show.

That's where your "orange ball" magic comes from. It's a psychological trick. It's not magic.

There is no real magic.

Chicken McNuggets are basically movie theater buttered popcorn with meat inside.

@Chimi_Chuang_Tzu @37712 I won't have my rent raised as much if I renew my lease. Yay.

@37712 how is what they're saying different than ancient Greece from which sprang Western civilization itself?

Let's eliminate all human civilizations because they once believed something in the past we now find objectionable by modern standards.

@Chimi_Chuang_Tzu @37712 no, I'm paying thousands of dollars to wire up a house that isn't even mine in a state I don't want to live in, simply because I have no better choice.
