@VooDooMedic @Tfmonkey If I heard right Voodoo is doing a one meal a day thing just like fat boy tifum. And he's eating this one meal a day while trying to build muscle. That's a problem.

This isn't a "depends on your body" situation. This is "the reality of muscle building" situation. You're not doing it right.

@VooDooMedic @Tfmonkey the general recommendation I see is 48 hours, so if you went hard on biceps monday, don't work them again until wednesday. But at this point it's your problem to deal with if you believe a day is sufficient time for recovery.

@ButtWorldsMan @Tfmonkey so if I work upper body on Monday night and go back to it Wednesday night that should be enough time

@VooDooMedic @Tfmonkey Yea, that's how I do it. 48 hours. I split upper and lower body so it's easy to just do upper one day then only lower the next day, then go back to upper. That allows for 2 days of rest.

@VooDooMedic @Tfmonkey now all you have to do is work on spreading out the protein intake, because something I've consistently heard is that the body can't make use of a day's worth of protein all at once. Some of it is just going to waste.

It's like filling up a quarter gallon container with a gallon of liquid. The extra will just go down the drain.

@VooDooMedic @Tfmonkey I have 3 "meals" a day. In the morning I have a protein focused cereal with milk and protein powder mixed with water. For lunch I have a protein focused yogurt. For dinner I have a regular meal with veggies and shit, but also a bunch of meat.

Seems to work for my needs.
