@Tfmonkey what is the current strategy now, just sell everything including UNG and BCI and buy precious metals and survival supplies

A garage only has so much room for food, ammo, water, and gas. And if you're using gas storage as a one-way ticket to greener pastures when the time comes (as I am), then there would only be so much you can take with you.🤔
So I've been collecting a library of how-to books (among others) - smoking meat, tanning leather, timber frame construction, medicinal plants, etc. 👌🍻
