Anywho, it's an example of how music sounds so different after being red-pilled. And I actually respect Avril Lavigne much more now - at least for the honesty. I used to think they were nonsense lyrics, but not so. She is dead serious here, it turns out. 😅

@houseoftolstoy - I realize traditional vaccines have their own controversies... But honestly, I don't trust that they wouldn't try to sneak an mRNA clot-shot in with a regular vaccine.

I just don't trust them - doctors, hospitals, the grocery store offering flu-shots... I don't trust any of them.

@Justicar - Jump-roping (I think they call it "skipping" in the UK? 🤔), can be a hell of a workout. And it can be done indoors. I find the steel cable style work best for serious cardio, personally. 🍻
