Yes, it's on purpose. I've been reading twitter too, it feels like a pressure valve to prevent the men who were waking and gathering up from organizing and killing all of them.
A lot of men have gone back to sleep because they think they're winning now that they can name the jew online while being groomed to go die to defend israel again.
