I still don't get why maternity leave HAS to be paid though I don't mind it existing
As a business owner it's not fair that Im paying you for 1-2 years to not work AND another employee to actually work. FTFY
And i got pushback when I said women shouldn't work or have a bank account.

Women just can't work without major handicaps for men and when they do they delegate, bloviate, and deliberate.

True but it just annoys me that NOONE ever considers the small business owners perspective on these issues.

In the meantime I just complain alot to get it out of my system because the last time I even hinted at this I almost lost my job.

3. Support FOSS social media alternatives by creating content and being active on it.
I know crude animations and s*** posting aren't much but it's a start.
Everybody says they want to leave social media while they sit on social media all day.
