@fal1026 @basedbagel @shortstories I have no doubt that he can, as I'm impressed with what he can do in a debate and has a way with words. But, this doesn't mean I'm going to agree 100% with what he says though. His political leanings is evident seeing that he's unfairly ostracised by the leftist status quo, which is quite typical of a Christian tradcon. As for his condition, especially for a man under constant pressure by the media and other stresses incurred, explains his drug dependence.
@sardonicsmile Oh look, it's crim... I mean politicians supporting criminals again! Who would've thought? ![]()
@fal1026 @basedbagel @shortstories Talking points from who, exactly? I'm already aware of his apology he regretfully made a while ago.
What's the utility of following his prescriptions at face value when he cannot do the same for himself? Strange, isn't it?
What makes MGTOW so pathetic when its a reaction to the failure of traditional conservatism in this day and age? It appears that critical thinking and common sense is a grand indictment from the likes of you.
Why so defensive?
@sardonicsmile I'm always wary of random acts of kindness seeing that there's no such thing as a "free lunch." Once it goes unreciprocated, the giver has the ultimate leverage to exploit the receiver to do what giver wants at the expense of the receiver.
Being indebted to someone is the biggest trap.
@fal1026 @basedbagel @shortstories Which part of what I said was false? He made disparaging remarks to people with a different philosophical view to him and is hypocritical because he can't uphold what he espouses to his followers. However, this does not mean I want him cancelled as he can freely express himself howsoever he wants.
This doesn't mean I'm compelled to agree with everything he says as it defeats the purpose of free flowing discourse. Tell me more about your understanding of him.
@fal1026 @basedbagel @shortstories How can Peterson be taken seriously when he claimed, notwithstanding his regretful criticism, that subscribers of MGTOW were "pathetic weasels." This "Paragon of Intellect" can't uphold his own principles that he prescribes to his followers - Rules 2 and 6. To put it bluntly, he's a suicidal drug addict whose house isn't in order but wishes for people to live with individual responsibility when he can't do the same. Tradcons and cognitive dissonance... 🤦🏻♂️
@basedbagel Nobility is just a fancy way of society holding a man hostage to his "own" values. There's no point in upholding values that leads to our own detriment.
This is a precursor of my contempt for utilitarianism, and why society only values self sacrifice as long its not them doing so.
@sardonicsmile True. Its amusing for Pearl to be an advocate for fairer marriage laws when marriage was never fair to a man at all. Think about it - regardless of whether its in men's best interests to do so, it still serves in favour to women due to men's instinct to "protect and provide" for her. All this talk of "responsibility" is really another way of expressing men's detriment to forego their freedom for life to serve a woman. Traditional marriage is voluntary servitude repackaged.

The epitome of crazy poosey.
@TenaciousGoat Indeed it is.
@RodrickSage I don't treat morality seriously because people act in their own self interests. This applies regardless of how a person is construed as "pure", as there's a degree of selfishness to achieve, in the religious sense, eternal salvation. For instance, are kind acts really "kind", or are they are price of admission to gain entry to heavenly bliss in the afterlife? It appears to be transactional from a certain point of view.
@sardonicsmile I've occasionally heard Pearl's views, via snippets, on the contemporary state of affairs plaguing society today, and something isn't adding up. Isn't it unusual for a woman to be that "based" and use MGTOW talking points? Doesn't it demonstrate how a woman gets to say anything and not be answerable to the same consequences inflicted on freethinking men?
How can it be a consideration to welcome a chameleon into fold of MGTOW? To do otherwise is contrary to MGTOW principles...
