It's been a month on carnivore, and here are my health vitals:

weight loss: -13 lbs
body fat: -3%
muscle: +1.9%

It's worth noting that I haven't been able to do any significant exercise due to my arthritis, so did was 100% diet.

I don't have a way to measure the effect it's had on my arthritis. I'd say it's similar to the digestive enzymes in terms of impact.

@sardonicsmile Oh yeah, I did start my channel on MLK day 10 years ago. I had totally forgotten because my YouTube channel is basically a shell of sex toy reviews at this point.

The best reason to force this issue to the most absurd extremes is that it shoves everyone's face in the turd of biological reality over ideology.
