@Humpleupagus >pre ripped toilet paper

I thought the kosher light switches were already a reach for what was considered "work." But ripping toilet paper?

This is a reason why Jews need Jesus, because he told them that all of their devotion to "lawfulness" to the point that they put that above morality itself. I am pretty sure God will not see ripping toilet paper or turning the lights on and off as work.

If you're a college educated professional and 10k in debt forgiveness is going to fundamentally change your life, then you fucked up.

@houseoftolstoy I think of it like a multilayered cult pyramid, where the top floors have no real faith in the tenets they write, but use their priestly caste to pull the strings of the true believers on the lower third of the structure.

In the past, when their liberal ideology was less prominent in their follower’s lives, the doublethink was easy to handwave. But now, the contradictions, the missteps, the constant “just this once” rulings are piling up and causing a lot of stress for an increasingly harried, psychotic, and medicated follower caste. Women like this are the dutiful true believers, and I foresee a lot of “ataxic governance” in our future, where the masters try to exert their will using people like her only to find they’re increasingly going off-book and ignoring orders when they cut against the holy faith.

@sardonicsmile I am the best chess player out there. Last week I totally crushed my 5 year old nephew at chess. And that's because I am amazing at chess! I could beat any grandmaster!

What, you're asking me if I have actually played against any chess grandmasters? No, but I could totally beat them. I am clearly superior to them in spite of the fact that I have never played against them. I don't have to play against them to know I am the best.

In short, Scott Ritter is just Russian shill.

@mutageno Last time Californians voted on gay marriage (2008), they voted in opposition to it. Perhaps that is not fully reflective of the political landscape in California/LA, but to say that everyone there is a fan of the LGBT agenda would be a mistake.

Also, I want to know the racial demographics of the school. I would not be shocked if Hispanics are very anti-LGBT.

@deprecated_ii You can still do this in some areas. Whether or not you can choose the "pay inside" option without having to prepay inside gives you great insight with the overall level of criminality in your area.

The scale goes from you can select "pay inside" without it being prepaid to having plexiglass and other barriers separating you from the cashier. You don't need much critical thought to figure out that barriers means you are in a crime-ridden shithole.

@WashedOutGundamPilot This explains a lot, actually. While there may be some masterful planning on the broader scope of things with all the globohomo powers, it does not explain all the inconsistent and petty restrictions that were being put in place. But clips like this fill in the gaps. Sometimes, it is just a few harpies wanting to go on power trips that caused some bs restrictions. Though we should still not forget about those with more nefarious planning.

Great little clip circulating that shows you the future of governance: Informal hen’s networks of women playing follow-the-leader. Things have already worked like this for a long time, but women are going to be far and beyond the worst at bringing it into the workplace.

THIS is why you get mass banwaves for certain targets, where multiple platforms carry out coordinated strikes while their execs play dumb. It’s just fat broads texting each other behind the scenes. This is the kind of thing I wish we could cultivate, but we’ve ceded every battlefield of worth to her kind, and those of us who ARE in those trenches insist on playing by the rules (out of fear that the other side somehow honors their restraint)

@Paulyfrog64 @Terry I don't think white men are going to forget all the rest of the shit that they have been pushing just because they hit the pause on the POZ. If they are going to get increased numbers of white men (or any men) to join the military for WWIII, it will not be on a voluntary basis. And forcing your men to fight will not make them a motivated and effective fighting force.

They made their bed. Let's see how happy they are to lie in it.

I have recently been breaking my overhead press stall. Feels great, but I am puzzled. Not sure I am really doing anything differently, but I can see the results.

Maybe the progress was happening the whole time, but it was just too gradual to see.

I know all euphemisms are just dancing around bullshit, but this particular one bothers me:

"live at home"

We all know it means that you are living with your parents. Clearly you are ashamed to say that, but you don't want to admit that. Give any reason you want for why, the fact remains that you are trying to hide this fact.

I know there are valid reasons for having to live with your parents. But when you try and conceal that detail, it tells me you do not have a good reason.

@Hoss @dew_the_dew More proof that access to information (the internet) is not the problem with people's inability to do things for themselves.

There are plenty of tutorial videos that teach you how to cook, at many different skill levels and random stages. One time, I wanted to use fresh cilantro for a recipe. But I did not know what part to cut and use (silly, I know, but I never did it before). I found a video that gave me the exact information I needed, and I was good to go.

No excuses.

@dew_the_dew If they were eating the fast food that is marked up due to the service costs, why would they suddenly need SNAP to get food that will be cheaper at the grocery store?

Even getting the premade meals in the freezer aisle that you microwave is cheaper than fast food, so not knowing how to cook does not factor here.

Verdict: Jared Moskowitz is a stupid faggot who did not think through his attempt at an insult.

@sickburnbro You can only concoct these sorts of stories and think they are convincing when you don't understand how right wingers think and don't understand how confession works.

If you want to give up your gun collection, no priest is going to say that you have to keep it (nor bad to have it). It is not a sin that you need to confess. You would only think this would be a topic of discussion if your premise on confession is that confession is just like a therapy session.

@Elliptica @Nou @TrevorGoodchild @sickburnbro Yeah, they actually believe this as everything slides leftward and anyone vaguely right wing is deplatformed, cancelled and labeled "fascist."

@Humpleupagus Not familiar with the Japanese constitution, but I am sure that it provided just as much justification for gay marriage to be legal as it was in the United States. Which is to say, not at all. Judges just make up shit and say it is the law.

I would not doubt that the globohomo mafia made sure to tell Japan that they need to accept sodomy or else they will get a sudden color revolution.

I care not whether a politician "cares" about me or not, or whether they live by their proclaimed values. What I do care about is how much are they interfering with my life.

As useless as Republicans are, they generally do not interfere with what I want to do. Democrats, on the other hand, do.

Obviously Rinos are in the same boat as Democrats many times in terms of messing with my life. So I really do not win even if I vote straight Republican. Still, the lesser evil is still usually less bad.
