@thor What defines your "fair share?" Not everyone is going to agree with what is considered fair for payments. Are there people who should get paid more for their work? Probably. But that is not how we determine compensation.

Your job might be very important, but if the skills required to do the job are abundant and the position is easily replaced with almost anybody else, then it most likely will not have high compensation.
