@Tfmonkey At least I didnt baloon 20kgs (45lbs) once he started buying all the bread, sweets and other shit food. I kept my gym routine and all that glucose went straight into my workout.

I actually fit in my clothes better now, Im starting to see results and I feel better. I apologise for my lack of good role models in my life when it comes to fitness. He told me that if I put on too much muscle, I will get fat in my 40/50s.
