There's so much going on, and the world outlook is so dire. I've been so frustrated that the pieces haven't been falling into place as I had wished, to get situated for yet what's left to come.
But I'm grateful was able to spend some time in the studio today. I forgot how rewarding it feels to be creative and write some good old fashion kick ass metal.

@Tfmonkey Even though this guy is pure ex-PUA gone self-development grifter cringe, he's not wrong. Some of my most enlightening meditations were through very uncomfortable and unfavorable moments, whether it was relational hardships, stress, feeling unwell, or dealing with chronic pain. The mind and body are intimately connected, and that's why it's so valuable to go into the body to learn what lurks underneath the surface into subconscious, but most of us flee to distraction.

@Tfmonkey This is similar to the depersonalization experiment one can feel if they attempt observing themselves from the outside looking back at themselves, particular the face.
In that very short moment, one can possibly observe the observer.

@basedbagel I do still find it surprising how quickly redpill aware male friends willingly go right back to the planation, even after divorces, even with getting a shittier deal.

There's nothing you can do, except observe and cherish the profound freedom you have that they will never truly appreciate until they don't have it anymore.

Eventually the bickering starts, the constant shit tests amplify, and the weight of risks from the current environment feels heavier.
