No Way a man can overpower 2 men like that. The cops biggest mistake was to not disable the ATV by removing the key. Either way; guy has stamina; strong heart and lungs. Both those cops were completely winded.

Build an A, B Split. Split A: chest, shoulders, triceps. Split B: back, biceps. Do A Split Mon, Fri; B Split Wed, Sat. And do legs on Sat. Cardio on Tues, Thurs. Sunday is off day. That's what I do.

@freepatriot some people are too dumb and ignorant to know what tyranny is or why it is such a threat. Others are such losers that they will accept anything that keeps them from having to take any responsibility for their own life bcuz they know nobody could do it worse they they themselves. Then the rich and connected like it bcuz they got theirs and think they will be exempt from ill effects and see free masses as a threat to their lordship.
