@Tfmonkey TFM: weightlifting gloves are primarily used to prevent calluses. I used to wear gloves because I developed severe calluses. It helped but I eventually developed tough skin on my hands. Wrist guards are different. They are used when doing heavy lifts. i.e. bench press/dumbell bench. To keep your wrists from giving out. On light to moderate lifts they are not necessary because you want the muscles in your forearm and flexor and extensor muscles to contract; good form.

I have 2 cousins to graduated from ND.

@UncleIroh If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.

Actually he's right.

We have all been programmed into thinking exclusively in dialectical terms - red vs blue, left vs right, male vs female, black vs white, etc..

Dialectical thinking is a tool of control and a very powerful one. It's used constantly to enact global control.

Kant's "Thesis, Antithesis, Synthesis".

Hegel's "Concrete, Negation, Abstraction"

The globalists "Problem , Reaction, Solution", i.e. create problem, manage reaction, introduce your solution.
