Just thinking: I regret not knowing how to act or how to stand up for myself, when I was younger. Some idiots claim that "bullying makes you tough"; it doesn't. It makes you realize your place in the hierarchy. When you do stand up for yourself, they bully you harder. Because you are not following hierarchy and staying in the place society has relegated you to. If you kill a cockroach, then you are a hero. If you kill a butterfly, then you are a villian. Beauty is the standard for morality.

@Tfmonkey Well you are already drinking Green Tea which is good. Garlic, turmeric, Milk Thistle and Choline Inositol (3000mg) daily does clean out the liver. You can get this over the counter. Might cause diarrheia; just take calcium for that. Endurance training is also fundamental. This is with the understanding your diet is clean first and foremost.
@charliebrownau Well, I don't have a problem with ethnic nationalism but for the US the National Identity is paramount. If some States want to exercise ethnic nationalism then that is their prerogative.
