23:05 I disagree with this point. If you are having sex with a female, then she is NOT your friend. She is your girlfriend, wife, mistress. That is the relationship. NOT "friend". THIS is where men go wrong in their thinking and how females get the upper hand. Females not think they have a say so in how the relationship ought to be and with manipulation "convince" the man that he needs to adjust his role in the relationship.

Also, perhaps they were directing "fertility" at men and their belief that the problem is men who are infertile or *sterile*...? @UncleIroh My examples stand just fine without me explaining them. Moreover, the government doesn't need to set out to establish a hierarchy. They *are* the top of the hierarchy. They *are* the elites. We are just the cattle they use to make money off of, experimenton, and fight their wars (to acquire assets to make money). Finally, the government never adhered to any tradition of liability or due process. They are above the law.
