There is a misunderstanding that "training" in the form of more money, more officers, more overreach, etc., is the solution.
The Truth is: police operate under the understanding that they can do whatever they want, under color of law, and obversely are NOT required to act in other instances if it places them in "danger", or "officer safety".

Also I tried watching early godzilla movies and they were so slow I doubt the new movie would be worse
