The point is not whether her credntials are considered legitimate or whether she has moral character
The CORE point is whether or not the claims she is making are true
I would ask the question can the claims she makes be verified or confirmed by a source and or means other than trusting her at her word

& it might be worse if the law says a Bachelor Degree and rejects PhD dietitians who do not have a Bachelor Degree to be a Dietitian
Regarding the nutrition certificates a nutrition certificate is not the same as a bachelors degree
These certificates can be very easy to get online for free through Allison or GALE or GAIL ( spelling ? ) through a library in some municipalities
Or these certificates can be a expensive program through a accredited University with credits

Dietititians hold a monopoly on nutritional in some states even though they are not qualified to provode nutritional advice to individuals who exercise as many Dietitians complete no course on nutrition & exercise unlike some Exercise scuence degrees
For example in some states only individuals with a dietitian degree can make meal plans whatever that means
Where as some people with a PhD in nutrition are not allowed to do so because they do not have a dietitian degree

I already assumed Bioengineered Food Ingredient means you should not purchase
As far as I know in the United States there was no requirement to label food as GMO

The state forces you to give your fingerprints to work and then taxes you to pay for tyranny and then jails you if you protest.
If they put an Eruv on your property without your permission that might be legally different than if they put an Eruv on their property
If they put an Eruv on their property and you tear it down then you would most likely be arrested if caught unless you are authorised to take it down because they violated some law possibly a safety law or maybe a home owners asssociation policy that is also a municipalor or state law and get approval to take it down by court order
