Difference between Hack Squat, Leg Press and Smith Squat?
I understand the difference between a leg press machine and a smith squat machine
But when a certain fitness celebrity on youtube says they are doing a hack squat and using a machine it looks a lot like they are using a leg press machine to me
They also talk about how difficult it is and conplain when most people can lift the most weight doing a leg press
I am wondering if there is a subtle difference that makes it difficult?
If you do something frequently enough you will eventually get caught doing it
