I wanted to find out why a bagua technique is called triple piercing palm instead of double or single piercing palm
Anyway this video shows a 2 step striking combo in bagua in what the video describes as piercing palm
From the description it sounds like a beginner level class to me and looks like taking turns with one partner doing two regular punches and the other person doing two piercing palm strikes that block the punches while trying to strike the other person
