Same with your continuous black posting. Yea there's a problem, in general with any social group believing victimization is some intrinsic part of who they are. But I never see the shit you post in real life. I live in the deep south. Half my neighbors are black, and although some neighborhood meetings can be cringe, they're all generally good people. Same with the dozens of blacks I encounter at every bar or restaurant every time I go hang out with anyone downtown.

Like I said, that's a different issue. If they are pushing out qualified Canadians and don't have the skills, then yes, they're being brought over to race bait your and create a pressure cooker of anger. You getting angry at some people who went through a process and took a job (maybe they weren't qualified for it; once again .. different issue) and then screaming your ass off at some behaviors you see on tiktok you associate to an entire race is exactly what those people in the government **want** you to do.

It looks bad on me too man. I get it. My dad worked his ass off, got his EE degree, got a visa and worked nuclear for over 25 years! But he was qualified. And yes, I see companies, including my own, contracting out to Indian or Mexico for what should be domestic jobs. They're pinching every penny, but then again, this economy is shit and logistics are on tiny margins.

I've lived in massive cities and in the middle of nowhere and rarely see any of this. It's the 4% and it poisons people against each other facing a world where all of us will be under 24/hr communication surveillance.

When I go into town, see a show and everyone is with their families and their dogs; music on stage, kids running around the park ... it makes me sick of the ideology this side of fedi has fed into our heads. @sampler Well I got around to making a new batch of pizza dough. It is a good dough. It's a full 72 hour dough. So, it's fully matured.

This time only using 1/3 of the original water weight. It does infact create a chewier pizza. But, I think the 2/3 one was slightly better. Easier to work with too. So, the next pizza will be back to 2/3 water weight of the original recipe. And I think I'll add in more time on the kneading. As I think this will produce the chewiness better than the less water. As suggested by another baker.

I'm gonna knead it so hard it gives the kids generational trauma.
