I think that is his daughter or grand daughter and not his wife and it is about parents being worried their teen children who are new drivers will make driving mistakes

He might have realised that the Kike's master plan was bad for both Kikes and Goyim being bad for Goyim because they would be enslaved or executed and bad for Kikes because they would harm their host so much they could not survive

With proper education and proper incentives like punishment for fraud
